The healthy nutrition for athletes should begin with the carbohydrate, this is one of the important nutrition that athlete should fulfill from every food that they eat. Carbohydrate would help athlete to release the stable energy and improving the movement without having tired in short time. Carbohydrate should found in milk, fruit, sugar, potatoes, spaghetti, lasagna, cereal and honey. While the digestion process still running, the carbohydrate will brake down into glucose and store it as glycogen in the muscle.
